Resellers + craftsmen of industries listed below have the opportunity to buy at reduced terms (attractive graduated prices, advantageous bulk packs):

(Others outside these industries can principally not be supplied at reduced terms!)

Provided you are interested, please first open a customer account in the online shop with your company address and only then send us a copy of your trading license. Either by fax under number +49 (0)7451-5557971 or as PDF file to our email address. Provided you already saved your trading license on your computer you may optionally transfer it to us when opening your account.
After opening your customer account and receiving your trading license we will activate our trade prices for you within 24 hours.

Important: Please only order after we confirmed to you the activation of our trade prices by email.

Provided you are still logged in to our online shop from your last visit (prior to activation) you need to first log out and then log in again. Otherwise resale prices will not be displayed to you.

Note: For orders that are not placed in this online shop, processing of your order may take up to three days!

Delivery:
Usually by DHL parcel. Mail delivery time inland 1-2 days / EU countries 4-7 days / other countries 5-14 days, after receipt of order and payment, respectively.

Disposition:
For larger requirements fairly long-term planning is recommended since delivery times here may take up to 4 weeks.

Delivery reservation!
Our delivery shall be subject to the provison that our stock lasts.
Should goods be unavailable, the customer will immediately be informed.
Services already performed by the customer will immediately and entirely be reimbursed.

Note for our Swiss customers:
Instead of a trade license please send us a copy of your entry in the Commercial Register or your certificate of proficiency or a certificate of the SVA concerning your AHV obligation as a freelance trader. Provided the latter is not at hand, according to information by SVA you may request this certificate at the authority responsible for you.
